The Rolex Air-King model was originally conceived in the 1940s as a tribute to RAF pilots and featured alongside the Air-Lion, Air-Tiger, and Air-Giant. In 1957 Rolex introduced the model reference 5500 NON-DATE and then a year later the 5700 version with DATE.
A discreet vintage classic, produced in far fewer numbers than the 5500 NON-DATE, the 5700 AIR-KING-DATE is a rare and sought after reference which offers incredible value and provides the perfect daily wearer.
