which are purchased prior to inspection by the customer come with a 3-day return policy. (This does not apply to watches that are inspected and collected by the customer in person). If you wish to return the watch to us, simply ship it watch back in the exactly same condition within 3 days, and we will refund the full price (less a 5% re-stocking fee) within 7 working days post inspection of the returned item. Returns must be sent overnight by priority delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. Watches returned must be in the same condition as sold. We will conduct a thorough inspection of the watch prior to issuing any refund.
Brand new (unworn) watches may only be returned if they are mechanically defective and returned in the same condition as sold.
Vintage watches are sold as-is, and there is no guarantee of movement accuracy, due to the age of the watch.
Payments can be made via bank transfer only. We do not accept cash. Watches cannot be collected or shipped prior to receipt of cleared funds. All shipments are sent fully insured, via Ferrari, DHL or FedEx. If you shipment is lost prior to confirmed delivery, a refund will be issued after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance broker.
All watches remain the property of Time Management International Ltd (London, UK)or Daniel Bourn (MONACO) until settlement has been received in full.
All watches are advertised as being inclusive of EU VAT, unless stated otherwise.
All watches are sold on the EU VAT margin scheme, unless stated otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (NON EU)
All import duties and taxes which are levied on arrival in a non-EU country are the responsibility of the buyer. All associated costs relating to a return of your watch are the responsibility of the buyer.
