TERMS OF SALE
All watches which are purchased prior to inspection by the customer come with a 3-day return policy. (This does not apply to watches that are inspected and collected by the customer in person). If you wish to return the watch to us, simply ship it watch back in the exactly same condition within 3 days, and we will refund the full price (less a 5% re-stocking fee) within 7 working days post inspection of the returned item. Returns must be sent overnight by priority delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. Watches returned must be in the same condition as sold. We will conduct a thorough inspection of the watch prior to issuing any refund.
Brand new (unworn) watches may only be returned if they are mechanically defective and returned in the same condition as sold.
All associated costs relating to a return of your watch are the responsibility of the buyer.
Vintage watches are sold as-is, and there is no guarantee of movement accuracy, due to the age of the watch.
Payments can be made via bank transfer only. We do not accept cash. Watches cannot be collected or shipped prior to receipt of cleared funds. All shipments are sent fully insured via Malca Amit, Ferrari, DHL or FedEx. If you shipment is lost prior to confirmed delivery, a refund will be issued following the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance broker.
All watches are advertised as being inclusive of VAT in the country they are located in, unless stated otherwise.
All watches are sold on the VAT margin scheme, unless stated otherwise.
All watches remain the property of Daniel Bourn until settlement has been received in full.
All import duties and taxes which are levied on delivery of your watch to a country, other than the country of sale are the responsibility of the buyer.
